The Forever Notebook is a daily devotional written during Richard’s morning quiet time.  A wide variety of topics of interest and importance to the Christian are covered.   The Forever Notebook is rooted in God’s word and is written to inspire, motivate, instruct, and encourage Christians as they face the many challenges of life.   Richard strives for sound theology and a balanced representation of the whole counsel of God.  His writing style is conversational, warm, witty, reflective, and compassionate presented in an easy to understand format with application for Christians at any level of spiritual maturity.

Someone recently asked Richard why he took on this daily project.  Richard responded, “I write as an expression of gratitude for all that God has done in my life.  My desire is that others might know the Lord and experience His powerful presence in their lives.”

Richard believes that  “No matter where you are in life, no matter what you are facing, God can help.  With Christ there is no such thing as a day without hope.  The best is yet to come. “
